Cathy Dobos has touched the lives of hundreds of 4- H youth during her 25 years of volunteer service. In addition to servicing at the county level, she also has served 9 years at the state level and 5 years at the national level. Her leadership of the State Aerospace Challenge has produced First Place delegates at the National level 4 times. Her dedication took the Lucky Clovers club from 6 members to over 60 members, making it one of the largest 4-H clubs in Montgomery County. She has personally guided over 27 members to successfully receive Diamond Clover Awards and over 100 Lucky Clovers to win county level awards since 2004. Cathy’s commitment to 4-H youth is unprecedented and exemplifies the 4-H motto” to make the best better.”
