SIGN-UP SHEET FOR LUCKY CLOVERS 4-H MEETINGS 2018
Please sign up for a demonstration, report,
and bringing refreshments at some point during the year
(not all at the same meeting!). Make a note of when you’ve signed up for what—and
put it on your calendar
at home. A copy of the final list will be distributed to everyone in the newsletter.

Reports can be about a 4-H event or project, or even something
you did at school. It can be read from a piece of paper or just spoken on the spot. A three-minute report that includes what you learned in one of your 4-H project
area can be used for a project completion.
•
A demonstration or illustrated talk takes some planning
ahead of time. Have your parents help you get organized, and leave yourself
a good amount of practice
time. You may also call one
of the Club Coordinators. Demonstration topics at the monthly meetings
should give some consideration to your project
areas in order to achieve project
completions. So think of something
that you know how
to make or do in one of your 4-H project areas
and show all of us. It’s that simple—and fun!

Refreshments should include something
to nibble on and drink for about 35-50. Also please provide paper goods such as cups, napkins,
plates, etc... Two families share this duty each month.
•
Clean-up involves staying until the end of the meeting to put away
tables and chairs in any used rooms, sweep the floor,
and make sure the kitchen
is clean and tidy.
